Hey! I’m Erica, and I’m a 26 year old entrepreneur from Ontario who is passionate about health, fitness, and better-for-you foods.

I have spent many years recreating my favourite treats, and turning them into something I can feel good about eating. And I’m here to prove that healthier and more nutritious foods are just as tasty!

I love what I do, and I hope to inspire others and show that you can accomplish anything you set your mind to. I am extremely grateful for every single one of you who loves Bro Dough as much as I do!

At Bro Dough, our mission is to create a world where someone can eat an ENTIRE jar of cookie dough and still feel good about themselves. Delicious and nutritious? That’s what we’re all about. ;)

Gettin’ our hands in the cookie jar

It all started with a want. I LOVE cookie dough. It’s a treat that takes me back to my childhood. But trying to find a healthier, plant-based, protein-packed, edible cookie dough was next to impossible. So, I made my own!

August 2019: Erica spent time in her kitchen creating the recipe for Bro Dough, and got her friends and family to taste test it.

December 2019: Erica found a commercial kitchen to make the product herself, and stored it in a freezer in her living room.

January 2020: Erica packed orders at her dining room table and operated as a one woman show (up until November 2021).

March 2021: Bro Dough’s first Tiktok went VIRAL and sold out Erica’s inventory! This was the turning point for the business, Erica was struggling to keep up with orders.

July 2021: Erica secured a manufacturer to make Bro Dough (by the THOUSANDS!) and worked with them on improving the recipe.

December 2021: Bro Dough completed their ‘test run’ with the manufacturer (this was the highlight of Erica’s journey so far!) and the new and improved product was launched.

Present: Erica is starting to build a team and get Bro Dough into a store near you. She’s ecstatic to start building the business and making it a household name.
